Steps to Set Up Mailbox in Outlook 2019

1. Open Outlook 2019:
   • If using for the first time, you'll enter the new account wizard.
   • For existing accounts, go to File > Add Account.
2. Add Account:
   • Enter your email address, select Advanced options, and check Let me set up my account manually.
   • Click Connect.
3. Choose Account Type:
   • Select either POP or IMAP.
4. Enter Server Details:
   • If using a Fasthosts mailbox, use the following information:
     • Incoming Mail Server: mail.livemail.co.uk
     • Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
     • Encryption: SSL/TLS
